Kyal’s Coffee Kart comes to you in either our Van, or the Kart (towed on a trailer). We do not require a marquee, or shelter: only adequate room for the trailer/Kart or Van, as well as space to open the required panels and serve.

If requesting the cart - it requires enough room to drive in and detach the trailer from the towing vehicle, plus height clearance (see below for measurements). 

Please make sure if you are booking an indoor event that you check the access dimensions, especially the height!

Power Requirements: Access to a 240v 10-amp power supply is useful to plug the cart into. However, both the Kart and Van provide their own Generator if requested, at no extra cost.

For Outdoor Events: Generally the Van is the better choice for outdoors, please remember to make sure it can drive in and out again of the designated spot. (See dimensions below.) The Van has it's own generator. 

Dimensions of Kart for Indoors:

Access Dimensions (to enter into a building; all panels closed): 2.31m Length x 870mm Width x 2.1m Height

Serving Dimensions (maximum dimensions and can be altered depending on the space): 2.3m Height x 4.4m Width x 2.85m Depth

Trailer Dimensions: 4.7m Length x 2.2m Width

Trailer and tow car dimensions: 10m combined Length x 3m Height clearance 

Dimensions of Van for Outdoors: 

Access Dimensions of Van (serving panels closed): 4.8m length x 1.84m height x 1.85m width
